I am deeply committed to providing accessible mental health services to children/adolescents and their caregivers by utlizing the therapeutic powers of play to bring healing and transformation. I am passionate about journeying with individuals looking to process attachment wounds, anxiety, and depression, while bringing an empathetic, non-judgmental approach—meeting each person where they are, and  honoring their unique journey.

When I'm not working, you'll find me spending time outdoors with my partner and our two pups! I enjoy traveling, hiking, reading, and consider myself an amateur barista.
